At style k, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

Delivery Policy

  1. For Hong Kong orders,

    1. Free delivery will be provided for orders over HKD300 through S.F Express

    2. For orders under HKD300, we will charge HKD30 for S.F Express

  2. For other areas, please email us at style.k.hk@gmail.com


We will typically ship in-stock products within 7 - 10 working days. (Maybe 14 working days these days because of COVID-19.) We recommend you to join our membership before a purchase so you can login to your account and review the status of your order. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damage occurred during shipping.

Please note that if style k products are returned because of an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and a re-stocking and administration fee of 10% of the total price. Any balance will be refunded back to the customer’s credit card.

Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations, delayed delivery services, local weather conditions, COVID 19 etc. Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During these instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.

Shipping & Packaging

Every product from style k is packed in a specially wrapped carefully; a gift package anyone would love to receive. We also take time to individually wrap every piece of accessories to perfection, using several layers of bubble paper to ensure your gift arrives safely and beautifully. 


Customs & Regulations

You are responsible for checking with your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


accessories Care Instructions

  • Avoid collision and abrasion: It is ideal to avoid collision with hard surfaces and abrasion. Handle it carefully to avoid chips or loss in shine. One should also check regularly if the gemstone is firmly mounted so any loosening can be dealt with swiftly.

  • Avoid high temperatures and contact with chemicals: accessories lose their color when exposed to high temperatures or to sunlight for long periods of time. Contact with acidic or alkaline chemicals can also lead to a loss in color, or worse, erosion and dissolution of the accessories.

  • Regular cleaning: Accessories must be cleaned and conditioned regularly when they are not worn.

  • Wear with care: When doing sports, showering or doing household chores, it is best to remove them to avoid damage.

  • Store properly: When not wearing accessories, store them properly in a jewelry box. In storage, accessories should face upwards, and one should avoid keeping too many in one box to avoid abrasion and scratching.


If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

Returns Policy

If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged product, kindly inform us at style.k.hk@gmail.com within 3 days after you receive such product. We will repair or replace the incorrect or damaged product at no cost. But hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all accessories.

Once we have received your return, your return will then be examined by our Quality Assurance team. Once inspection is completed, our customer service representative will process your for returns. 

Please note that the customer should bear the shipping cost for returning the product and be responsible for the safety of the delivery. Products that are returned must be returned in its original condition. Returned products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced.

Please note that some products cannot be returned due to their product nature. These ‘Excluded Products’ include:

  1. Made-to-Order products including all engraved products;

  2. All earrings products (for sanitary reasons); or

  3. Merchandise invoiced as ‘non-refundable, non-exchangeable’.

Upon dispute, style k reserves the right to make the final decision on all return / exchange cases.


After-Sales Service

All products after-sale services are only available for products purchased in the past 3 months (Kindly refer to the invoice issuing date), overdue requests will not be accepted and repair costs will be required.

The possibility of alteration is determined case by case. Our professional craftsmen have to perform examination for the products. In addition, the alteration cost is subject to the products. Additional costs may occur for after-sales services if the product is damaged by customer’s negligence or miscare of the product.

Please enclose the shipping fee along with the product in its original state in its original packaging when sending products for after-sales service. After-sales service usually takes around 7 to 14 working days.

We reserve all rights to change and cancel these after-sales services at any time.
